Once you get past their phone wait times their service is excellent . Scheduled in short time to repair gas fireplace and communication was great. Service person showed up right on time and gave about 20 minutes warning. He was excellent and quickly solved the problem and gave us several repair options. I will use Barron again and recommend their service.

The young man who serviced my furnace took the time to read the manual for my thermostat and adjust it for me. I am much more comfortable now that he set it for four different times and temperatures.

First the positive. My sewage pump stopped working on the day before Thanksgiving. I was desperate to get it repaired - without the pump we can't shower, use the sink, flush the toilet. The answering service for Barron did a very good job in contacting the "on call" plumber and he contacted me within an hour. I was very relieved. The technician was excellent. He did good work, was very respectful and kept me informed on what he was doing and the charges.
The negative. I understood that getting emergency service on a Holiday would incur extra charges, but when it was discovered that a switch on the unit was faulty, the plumber had to drive to the nearby office to pick up the part and then install it. This alone was almost $700 excluding tax, 1/3 of the total bill.

UPDATE: Barron responded to my review and promised to have someone get back to me and discuss my concerns. That happened on December 11th when Jordan called me. We agreed on a solution and Barron followed through. I appreciate their integrity and understanding. Its a good start for the new year!

We decided to finally replace our 40 year old heat furnace and since I had a previous gas insert stove install from Barron a couple years ago I knew from experience I would get outstanding service and they did not disappoint. From our initial consult with Eric who took measurements of the house and gave us our "no pressure" options to the install guys, shout out to Cole and Lupe and to the electricians Jordan and Josh who stayed late on the first day to ensure we had heat thru the final install the next day. All these guys were extremely professional and polite. I would highly recommend Barron to anyone needing heating/cooling services and I will not hesitate to call on them again for any future needs.
