Called Barron during a cold snap and my heater wasn't keeping up. They were so nice on the phone trying to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Elmer Anderson was my technician and not only did he fix the problem, but found another issue that was impeding airflow to the system. Barron has always provided great service and the technicians have always been incredibly friendly.

The technician that did maintenance of my gas furnace was a pleasure to work with. He was obviously good at working on heating systems as he had never worked on this particular model but tuned it up and got it ready for the arctic blast we are now having. Overall is was a very positive experience.
Service technician was able to arrive early, and let us know by phone when he was 5 minutes out. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. We are always impressed with the quality service and products provided by Barron Heating!
