From the initial contact with the customer service rep, Kaysha, to the service call to clean and perform much needed maintenance on our 7-year-old gas fireplace, by Eric, we were so impressed by Barron's level of professionalism! Our fireplace looks brand new, the glass is crystal-clear, and the flame is perfect! We highly recommend Barron!

My 24 year old furnace was showing some wear and the yearly service guy, Tristan, suggested a new one. He gave me the information I needed, and within a week, thanks to Woody who came out next for measurements etc. Today thanks to Cole and Lupe I have a brand new unit! EVERYONE has been super nice, efficient and knew what they were doing!!! Answered any questions and guided us to a more efficient service. This visit was for an annual inspection. Eric Summers was our technician. He arrived on time, was professional in appearance and manner. He performed the inspection on both the furnace and heat pump, noting to us what he found including a possible future problem on the burner assembly. Pleasant and business like, he kept us informed throughout the inspection process. I highly recommend him to any of Barron's HVAC customers.
