Jordan carefully and thoroughly explained what they did and what we should do to maintain the system. He also offered further assistance if we need it.

We have a geothermal heat system that was faulting and turning off. Devon and Tim from Barron's were dogged in their attempt to figure out what was wrong with it. And...they didn't give up until they figured out the rather obscure problem. I'm so glad to be using Barrons!
Our home was built on Lummi Island in 2007. Barron Heating under the guidance of Seth Bowman installed our radiant floor heating system powered by an electric boiler. After 17 years it quit on us so we gave Barron a call. Lane Anderson came out with his side kick, also Lane. They diagnosed four issues in our boiler, all repairable, and had us up and firing in no time. We believe in keeping a quality item operating as long as it is feasible and ecological. The Lanes were exceptional, professional, friendly and really "knew their stuff"! We were so pleased with our experience with this repair that we are looking at getting a generator installed with Barron. Thanks!

A bit of input on our follow up generator project with Barron:
We recently had our 24kW Honeywell generator installed by the Barron Team of David (DJ) and Ethan. DJ showed up ahead of the installation to line out the system and after the plumbing team took care of our propane supply, DJ and Ethan returned to get the installation completed. They could not have done better: friendly, helpful, patient (with homeowner questions), professional, competent and very efficient. We could not be happier with them and their quality work. It is such a relief after seventeen years in our home to finally have our property protected from the power outages and NEster freezes! Thanks again to DJ and Ethan and the entire Barron Home Team!!!
