Requested an annual service call, in addition to correcting a venting issue. I was very impressed with Elmer's approach and professionalism. He did run into an issue he couldn't figure out, so unlike many, he admitted it and arranged for a colleague with specific experience in the area to come by. It is a real professional who knows his limitations and brings in further experience rather than just letting the customer hang out to dry. A job very well done - - -

Your outstanding technician, Shawn LeMay did a fantastic job on my HVAC system. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional. He also cleaned my natural gas fireplace and has it running smoothly with well-distributed heat.
