Zack from Barron came when expected (a rare thing on our island) to do the annual service on our water heater. He did this quickly and thoroughly. Barron does good work in the San Juan Islands.
Our new AC system wasn't functioning correctly. Barron's response was incredibly fast and effecient. As always every person we either talked to on the phone or who came to our place to either diagnose or to fix the issue were professional, thorough, kind, cheerful and very enjoyable to deal with. We can't sing their praises enough!!!
Update October 2025 - had 4 plumbing related issues today that were expertly repaired by Barron plumbers today. Very clear communications about what they would do, what it would cost and then followed through with doing exactly what they said they would do. All completed work looked great, no mess left behind, all issues have been taken care of. We are very happy with Barron's service today as always.
Update January 2026 - some furnace issues required having a Barron technician come to our house three times in the past several days. His professionalism, thoroughness and expertise made it a joy to have him take care of the issues. We were impressed again with the great service that Barron provides and highly recommend them.
Barron heating technician Rick was able to repair our diesel burner in floor heating system after three other companies could not figure it out. We are very appreciative.
Service technician was able to arrive early, and let us know by phone when he was 5 minutes out. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. We are always impressed with the quality service and products provided by Barron Heating!
