We are very happy with the tech that serviced our furnace today.
We have depended on Barron for many years. We pay for their "Super Poo-Ba Customer" service. They never let us down. For this yearly maintenance for our boiler and radiant heating..Nolan Ballard came out. He was fast and efficient. He took time to answer questions when I asked and explained how things worked. It was a delight to know Barron sent a qualified tech to do the job!!
Install went beautifully. Nole was great to work with. The sales person, however, was distracted. Seemed to me she was covering too many jobs.
Nathan was/is very professional, communicates clearly, and is a great pr representative for Barron.
The reason that we deal with Barron is that they are thorough, dependable, and they stand behind their products and their work. Today was no exception. Service technicians show up on time: are professionally accomplished the perform service quickly and cleanly. We continue to be pleased that we "found" Barron when we moved to Bellingham in 2017. They are THE BEST HVAC/Plumbing company that we have ever worked with!
Barron has a great Hydronics team who replaced my indirect hot water heater! Abe, Amber Justin and Jesse were all very professional and great to work with! I have confidence in them and all the work Barron has done at my home and the furnace at my rental.

We had Jacob come to our house to check the gas fireplace. It did not stay lite. He was very neat in checking and fixing it. He explained and told us about our fireplace.
