How Can We Help?
I give q-do's to Wesley Sunkhouser, consultant for Barron Heating as his taking time and being thorough in outlining each concern I had Re our heating and ducting and how best to Re-direct heat plus the integrity of having duct cleaning done. Outlined a new installation of a heat register to be set up in our basement bathroom and how that process works.. he took pictures of every area including my fireplace door then passed along my concern of a broken glass in there and I got a call from the fireplace section explaining who's best for that repair as couldn't do it. Very kind and thorough as Wesley had told me the same thing but just to be sure, he'd had the fireplace part of Barron follow up.
Without all Wesley had done to get the ball rolling, things wouldn't have gone so smooth. Besides all of the above, he phoned on his trip to help family just to follow up and answer my questions.yet again. I don't know if you give raises or bonuses for this kind of "going out of his way to go the extra mile" kind of service, but he deserves acknowledgement. Thank you Wesley!!

I'd like to give recognition for an excellent and thorough and clean job WELL DONE to Kurt Koester; Air Solutions Superintendent and his crew, Oscar Lee & Johnny Wright! I'd recommend this team if ever a duct cleaning is in YOUR near future! You could say their quality of work ethic is nothing less then expected from Barron Heating associates but they gave suggestions and were were very patient with my many questions and as I had every heat register available for them, they could get right to their tasks. They all work well together for sure! As it is Christmas time, much more obstacles to work around with never a complaint. I even asked for help in returning my tree safely to its area and the reply was immediate, "no problem". Thank you for your hard work and respecting my home and animals.

On Friday 12/13 Sahid Morales came to our home as our furnace was not working. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If we had a business this is definitely the person that would be hired. Thank you Sahid for your help and support. Alice Byford
He's been very accommodating and knows what he's doing. Everyone I've talked to with Barron Heating has been nice and helpful.
Arrived early, friendly and thorough!
Arrived on time. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Fireplace is working!
Technician Richie is quite experienced and explains everything well.
Too bad the method for invoicing has two bills (service call and deposit for parts ordered) instead of all one charge.
I am impressed with the service I received with the installation of a new furnace. Every person who helped me took care of every detail. It's nice to work with a contractor who does quality work!
