Yesterday Jayden was at the Crest at Sunset Cove in Anacortes to check the air conditioner in Unit 202, 2428 Sundown Ct. He also explained that the noise from the fans in the air conditioners is part of the process. A resident on 3rd floor was complaining about the noise from the fans and asking for a solution. Jayden took extra time in explaining to the residents the noise is part of the process whenever an air conditioner is operating. He took photos of the air conditioners and resolved the issue in a very positive manner. Last week, I talked with Alyssa regarding this issue. She was exceptionally helpful and understanding and made arrangements to address this issue at the service call on Monday, 7/28, in unit 202. The professionalism, customer service, and extra effort made by Jayden and Alyssa is very much appreciated and a reflection of the high quality of service and expertise we receive from Barron Heating & Cooling.
I think Mark figured out the problem when CPI Team (Belred) tried 3 times and couldn't. Bad circuit board.
We just had our hot water heater replace by Barron. They had serviced the old one eight months ago and warned me that a replacement would be needed soon. Scheduling the installation was easy. The crew was extremely professional. The installation was clean and looks great.

The instillation went as promised. Both workers gladly answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone.
We had several problems with our mini splits and Barron Heating made repair call after repair call until everything was back to awesome. It took a lot of detective work and experience to see what was going on. Kudos to Jay whose wisdom restored our units to pristine condition and we are cool again!!! Thank you!
I can't recommend Barron enough. Jim Slagle is hands down the best HVAC technician I have worked with in the 10 years I've been managing commercial properties. He'll call me while on the roof doing routine maintenance to discuss what he sees, what he recommends, and how we should move forward. He's a great guy and his level of service is unmatched.
