The technician was scheduled to arrive between 10-12. He arrived at 1030 ready to get started. After an assessment he got to work, and did a through cleaning of our vents. He did find some issues with the crossover duct system that I had suspected and he went under the house to verify. We are scheduled for a heat pump installation and that issue should be rectified during that process. Overall Oscar was very motivated, knowledgeable of his job and had a great attitude.
Hunter arrived to perform annual check of plumbing. He was so well-mannered and efficient and quickly took care of a couple of outside faucet concerns. Plumbers from Barron are always amazing!
Dave with Barron tackled a really tough burst pipes because my crawl space was a belly crawl space. Very skillful and efficient. Thanks Dave!
Barron tech Ryan was outstanding. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our heat pump problem. After parts arrived he returned to make the fix. His customer relations and communications skills are excellent. He did perfectly professional work and we genuinely enjoyed our conversation with him. Great customer experience.

Cole and Lupe installed our new AC unit today and we were so pleased with the service. They both were so courteous and friendly. They both worked so hard all day and got it all done and up and running for us. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we felt comfortable about everything before leaving.
