Graham was earlier than expected but that was good. He discovered that we needed a new part on our gas fireplace. He was professional and very pleasant young man. He worked diligently to repair our fireplace. He will need to order a new part and come back when it can be installed.
They were able to get me in quickly with an emergency cancelation, and the technician, Justin, was fast and nice and had my heat working again in no time!
