Had 2 ductless AC units installed. Very professional and timely appts. The communication with this company is outstanding from sales to appointment scheduling ladies to install and the customer service folks if any questions! Reminders of appts via text, emails with clear bids, the on-site crew was absolutely fantastic!
Led by Lupe, his crew with Brett and Shawn did a great job. It was a little complicated based on our home layout with radiant floors, metal roofs & install on the upper floors which were way up there, but it was not a problem for Barron. The main install day was busy, busy, busy as they all worked diligently as a team & even cleaned up the site before they left for the day. The next am, to double check the unit performance, they arrived when scheduled, gave clear training, were personable & professional. It was expensive, but will be worth every penny.

Hunter was very prompt, polite and professional. He explored every avenue to fix our problem thoroughly. He didn't automatically try to sell us a new water heater when in the end we had no choice but to replace ours. Hunter is a great asset to Barron.
Graham was personable and took time to explain the fireplace and furnace systems in my home. He also provided useful information for upkeep and maintenance. I would request him for future work in my home.
