Excellent service all around, from the initial phone contact, to scheduling and then the service call. Graham, the service technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - I especially appreciated the time and effort he took to listen to my report of the problem, then explain his approach to assessing the problem and then his repair.

Avery diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it quickly. Barrons was able to schedule the appointment for the next day which for a heat pump in July was awesome.

Barron had Elmer come out and look at our A/C. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about everything he was doing. We greatly appreciated his work ethic, making sure to inspect everything to make sure we were good to go, very respectful to my wife and I and he makes sure everything is clean and tidy before he leaves. Elmer is definitely the technician you want to work on your equipment, we were very impressed.

Our heat pump decided to give up during the 1st heat wave in July. Called Barron... immediately set us up with an appointment . Only had to wait a couple days. We were grateful. Avery came right on time his communication of his ETA was so professional, calling us twice to make sure he would arrive as planned. His diagnostic capabilities were so thorough. Our pump was not working well. It is over 15 years. This seems to be the age when things go haywire. Avery explained our options. All options were pretty costly but considerably less than a new system. After contemplating the cost and repair procedures and timing,trying to keep our system alive didn't seem the right choice for us,or the future of our systems efficiency and reliability . We told Avery our decision to replace and not repair. We requested Avery to get us scheduled for the Home efficiency estimator. By the end of the day Avery had us connected to scheduling and the appointment with the efficiency estimator. Barron heating employees from our 1st call to meeting the diagnostic expert are professional, courteous and have a high sense of urgency to solve your heating system issues. Stay tuned for how the process of getting a new system rolls out.

Justin was so kind and so professional. He really came to our rescue on a very hot day. I am so grateful he was able to figure out what was going on with our unit. A battery (that was under warranty) had gone out in our Daikin AC (outdoor unit). We service our system annually, so this was an odd event, and it is only 6-years old. Thanks, again, Justin!
