He was here all day with another co-worker and they worked hard. They installed a new furnace and it was a very complicated job. They were here all day and were exhausted but by the time they left yet he took the time to go over everything, explaining it. Was a very patient, hard working and mellow guy!!
Shahid called before arriving, answered all my questions, and performed the requested maintenance. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. I'm a very pleased customer!
Our technician was very kind and thorough. Even though we were not prior customers he didn't seem the least bit bothered about coming out on a weekend when our furnace quit working. He also provided other suggestions for general home safety and maintenance with our unit

Barron has been doing our annual system maintenance since they installed it 7 years ago and they always provide exceptional service. Technician Jim Stanavige arrived when he said he would, had excellent dog etiquette with my animals, made sure my system was still providing peak efficiency against allergens, and explained everything as he went in a friendly professional manager. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I would totally choose him to be on my zombie apocalypse survival team. Thanks Jim!
