Devon Riley did a brilliant job with me today. He was patient and kind, answered any questions that I had and was very helpful in understanding the problem with my furnace as well as air contioner. You should be proud of this kind gentleman because he exceeds expectations and does it brilliantly! He defiantly exceeded expectations and you should be proud to have him as an employee!
Our technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He even went above and beyond to make the new line integrate nicely with the existing system.
Elmer just finished the first yearly service of our heat pump and gas furnace. He arrived well within the scheduled time- frame. Over the next 2 1/2 hours he thoroughly examined, measured, and documented both units making several adjustments. He completely answered questions I had regarding the operation of the heat pump system. Our Baron system has kept our home cool in the summer and warm this past winter. It has proven to be very efficient and economical to operate. It is quite comforting knowing that the our HVAC system is prepared for another year particularly given the extreme winter we just experienced.
Technician which responded was new to us. Seemed more thorough than the past maintenance visits; had more attention to detail and kept us informed of what was planned, the findings, and next steps.
