I utilize the Silver Shield program for the annual maintenance on my furnace / heat pump and now tankless water heater.

Barron is always very professional on maintenance calls. The techs are very friendly, courteous and punctual. They take the time to answer questions when asked. They discuss in detail the ins and outs of the performed maintenance, which is nice for peace of mind.

I've been a customer of Barron Heating & Plumbing for just shy of 30 years (since the late 1990's), and my most recent experience with them illustrates why I've been onboard with them for so long: our Barron-installed radiant floor heating system, after decades of superior performance, recently had become balky in certain aspects of its operation, with the result that I had to request a series of service calls to tweak those various elements of the system. On each of those service calls we gained back performance, only to have some new quirk present itself. All the while, of course, I was paying for the cost of such service.

Then something truly remarkable occurred: Jake Johnson, manager of Barron's radiant floor heating department, aware of my ongoing, modestly expensive tussle with our heating system, turned to one of his ace mechanics, Justin Pardington, sending him to turn our system inside out until he determined what needed fixing...and, on this occasion, at no charge to me!

Needless to say, I remain to this day stunned by this empathetic gesture by Barron management. But it's symbolic of the people and the performance of Barron Heating...and it's why I'd recommend Barron Heating & Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing and heating services.

Yesterday Jayden was at the Crest at Sunset Cove in Anacortes to check the air conditioner in Unit 202, 2428 Sundown Ct. He also explained that the noise from the fans in the air conditioners is part of the process. A resident on 3rd floor was complaining about the noise from the fans and asking for a solution. Jayden took extra time in explaining to the residents the noise is part of the process whenever an air conditioner is operating. He took photos of the air conditioners and resolved the issue in a very positive manner. Last week, I talked with Alyssa regarding this issue. She was exceptionally helpful and understanding and made arrangements to address this issue at the service call on Monday, 7/28, in unit 202. The professionalism, customer service, and extra effort made by Jayden and Alyssa is very much appreciated and a reflection of the high quality of service and expertise we receive from Barron Heating & Cooling.
