Graham did an amazing job! He was so thorough. My fireplace really needed cleaning. He took it apart, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, then carefully replaced the logs. He cleaned both pieces of glass. It looked like new! He filled me in on my furnace and heat pump. He really earned 5 stars!

Very efficient from start to finish. Communication was excellent—email and text notification for each step and when I wanted more information I contacted them and someone responded within the hour with an answer. They initially scheduled the install which wouldn't work for us so we requested a change and they accommodated us. Price for of a new heat pump heating and cooling system was doable compared to another provider—half the cost. A minor issue with fabrication occurred during install but their in-house shop fabricated the correct part and drove it out to the job site. Install team was friendly and knowledgeable. Every question or comment they provided quality answers and shared information. We are happy we were sent in the direction of Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing instead of what we thought was our only choice. We would do business again and again with this company.

Wes came out early this year to do a home efficiency inspection including a flow test which was so interesting and he did not even blink an eye at me asking him a bunch of questions and following him around. He even showed me what he was doing and explained it all very clearly.
I waited far too long to schedule an appointment for any work after he sent me estimates and advice on all of the things. So then Eric S. helped me by reviewing everything that Wes had done and checking it against the new promotions. Which it ended up working out that we saved money!
They all work together as a team, the ladies I've spoken with on the phone have been wonderful, the follow-up by everyone has been so supportive and comfortable, I'm just very pleased with the service and team.
Patrick and Noah arrived early in the morning to take care of sealing the ducts in our home -- following up on installation of new HVAC system. They explained the process and set off to work -- a full day adventure , including finding a large hole in ducts below our house -- they also took care of a couple of issues from the install as well. Patrick and Noah worked well together and the results were great -- significantly reduced the amount of airflow being lost in our ducts -- highly recommend having this team complete on your home -- Ian
