Excellent excellent service! Planning/Sales, Plumbing guys, Electricians, HVAC, and Customer Service people were all helpful, very pleasant, and got my house air conditioner and tankless water heater put in in one day a week after the planning date. I highly recommend this business! Next they will be converting my gas fireplace to a remote control, and they have a service agreement at a super annual rate. All of this was less than $20,000.00 I expected it would be. Very happy customer.
Efficient from start to finish. Appreciated how quickly they were about to come out and give an estimate and the person that completed the work did a great job explaining the work necessary and walked through the estimate with me. The work was done same day and finished quickly.
Eric in Sales is exceptional!! He is thorough, asks all the right questions and is interested in what you have to say. He shares with you his findings and so there are no hidden numbers or agenda.
