Nice job by Richard, stuck with the problem with remedy, then check everything else related to the gas fireplace ????
Service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable, good communication when he would arrive, did try using their new online booking, that did not work very good, Seth asked for my feed back on that and he would bring it up to management. For now don't use the online booking call them.
