Barron replaced my Combi Furnace / Hot Water Heater and installed 2 new thermostats. We faced supply chain issues when they sourced the combi unit, which are difficult to come by.
The office staff was always polite and courteous. The installers for each stage of the game, which included HVAC, electricians, and plumbing were each very polite, professional, and well organized. They were thorough in cleaning up / vacuuming up after themselves, and communicated clearly through each phase.
They did encounter some anomalies in my particular condo electrical layout. Due to lack of attic or crawl spaces access was a challenge to assess the problems. Yes, it took some time and multiple trips to fully understand and correct the problems. There were inconveniences along the way.
Ultimately, however, all the issues were resolved without additional charges on top of the originally tendered bid. it was costly to Barron for that reason. But they never made that an issue to me, and followed through until the job was completed. That speaks directly to their professionalism and integrity. I appreciate this especially since I myself was a former contractor.
I will definitely sign up for their ongoing annual maintenance program and would highly recommend their services to others.

We just had an excellent experience with Barron Heating for a new furnace installation. From the beginning with Jeff, our very knowledgeable salesman, through Sam, our highly qualified installer, the process went without any worry! I had thoroughly questioned him (given my deep technical background) and to my surprise, I was very impressed with the depth of his technical knowledge, skill, and his ability to work with people.
